Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)

Overview Key Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in a skilled nursing facility in Conrad, IA. The role is primarily a weekend position with optional weekday work. Positions are available as full time, part time, or PRN. Responsibilities Implement the occupational therapist's care plan under supervision. Advance patient progress as directed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an active COTA license in the state of practice. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role. Compliance with state and federal regulations and Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Team collaboration and flexibility.
