Our Front Desk Officers at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location serve as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, managing access, supporting badge and sign‑in procedures, and responding to security‑related concerns with professionalism and care. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures and front desk responsibilities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and/or communicating with site contacts before entry. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting security‑related concerns. Answer phones, manage inquiries, and/or support badge and key control processes while helping to follow site protocols for deliveries, pickups, and scheduled appointments. Complete required reports, maintain accurate records of front desk activity, and/or observe lobby and entry areas for issues that may require a security‑related response. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
