Knowledge Manager

Our client is a globally recognized executive search and advisory firm known for its collaborative culture, high-touch client service, and fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The firm is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support recruiters through market intelligence, candidate and client coordination, and strategic administrative support. Who You Are You have 4+ years of experience supporting professionals within legal, executive search, or professional services environments Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Strong written communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable learning new systems Service-oriented with strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism What You’ll Do Support recruiters with scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and client deliverables Research market activity, talent trends, and industry intelligence to support business development efforts Maintain accurate candidate, client, and market data within internal systems Prepare reports, background materials, and outreach tracking for active search activity Coordinate team meetings, workflow support, and best practice initiatives across offices Partner with internal teams to improve processes, training, and operational efficiency Contribute to strategic projects supporting recruiter performance and office growth What Success Looks Like Recruiters receive highly organized, responsive support across daily operations Market intelligence and candidate data remain accurate, actionable, and up to date Internal workflows and collaboration improve efficiency across teams Client and candidate interactions reflect a polished, high-touch experience The team operates effectively in a fast-moving, service-driven environment Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience Location: Palo Alto, CA – Hybrid Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
