Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Brookfield, WIFacility: Elmbrook Memorial HospitalDepartment: Inpatient RehabSchedule: Night Shift | Part-TimeHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleAid with entry and exit of patients.Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.Document necessary records.Responsible for keeping patient rooms clean and orderly as well as maintaining medical equipment.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
