Buona Restaurant And Catering Retail Manager

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Manager is responsible for attaining the sale and profit targets established for Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering Retail. Duties include achieving sales targets, recognizing all revenue areas and developing strategies to impact sales, enforcement and execution of the marketing plan, managing and controlling direct expenses, selection, retention, supervision and training of all hourly employees, conducting quarterly reviews, adhering to established training programs, determining advancement or termination, developing employees into shift managers, attending weekly meetings with the General Manager to discuss opportunities, sales building, staffing levels, labor cost, food cost variance/efficiencies, cash short/over, building/equipment repair, enforcement of policies, procedures and controls, evaluating systems and procedures and providing feedback to the General Manager, phone accessible for all store emergencies, implementing and communicating advertising and marketing plan opportunities, and giving feedback to the General Manager. Reports directly to General Manager with weekly meetings.
