If you have not worked in HOA management before, please do not apply. Must have at least two years of HOA management experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Community Association Manager based in Alpharetta, GA, with some tasks eligible for remote work. Key responsibilities include managing homeowner association operations, enforcing compliance, preparing budgets, overseeing vendors, and addressing client inquiries. The manager will perform routine property inspections, collaborate with HOA Boards, and assist with community events and initiatives to ensure smooth and effective community management. Additional duties may involve preparing reports and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders to foster community improvement. Qualifications Expertise in HOA operations management, homeowner communication, and Board collaboration Ability to perform property inspections, oversee vendors, and ensure compliance with governing documents Strong experience in financial management, including budget preparation, reporting, and financial planning Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective correspondence Proficient computer skills, including property management software and Microsoft Office tools Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement Familiarity with local HOA regulations and community management best practices Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field preferred Previous experience in community association management required #J-18808-Ljbffr
