Working independently, this technician performs scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with a focus on excellent customer service and technical accuracy. The position involves minimal local travel within the city to attend maintenance calls.
Responsibilities
Perform appliance repair, diagnostics, and scheduled maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively
Replace defective parts to restore appliance functionality
Provide exemplary customer service during onsite visits
Operate independently with minimal supervision
Travel locally within the city to service locations
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years experience in appliance repair
Technical certification in appliance repair or related field
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical repair
Skilled troubleshooting abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient with hand tools
