Position Overview As a Marketing Project Assistant, you will provide administrative and project support to our marketing and creative teams. You will assist with organizing campaigns, maintaining project records, preparing marketing materials, monitoring deadlines, and completing assigned tasks. The successful candidate should be comfortable using a computer, managing multiple responsibilities, and communicating professionally with team members. This position requires someone who can follow instructions, remain organized, pay close attention to details, and complete assignments on time. Duties and Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating marketing projects and campaigns. Support the marketing team with daily administrative responsibilities. Help prepare campaign materials, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports. Track project schedules, assignments, deadlines, and progress updates. Organize digital files, marketing documents, and client information. Assist with social media, email marketing, and content-related activities. Conduct basic market, customer, and competitor research. Review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency. Enter and update project information in company systems. Help maintain organized records for active and completed projects. Communicate project updates to appropriate team members. Coordinate with creative, marketing, and administrative staff as needed. Attend team meetings and take notes when requested. Follow company procedures and protect confidential information. Complete assigned projects accurately and within established deadlines. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer and internet skills.
