Step into a rewarding ICU role that offers the chance to float across various critical care units in Tacoma, Washington. This 13-week contract involves 12-hour day shifts, where you'll care for a diverse patient population including COVID-19 cases, neuro, trauma, medical, surgical, and CVICU post-op patients. You'll be performing advanced cardiac rhythm interpretation, managing vents and bipaps, and supporting invasive lines—all within a collaborative team supported by hospitalists, intensivists, and 24/7 cardiologists.
