Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) Location: Naples, Florida Employment Type: Full-Time Setting: Emergency Department Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team in Naples, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated ER nurse to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment while providing high-quality emergency care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department. Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately to emergencies. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Assist with emergency procedures and interventions. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Current, active Florida RN license or Compact RN license. Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred. BLS certification required. ACLS certification preferred/required based on facility requirements. PALS certification preferred/required based on facility requirements. Previous Emergency Room/ED nursing experience strongly preferred. Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
