Farm Operator

Job Description

A reputable and growing farm operation is looking to add a Farm Operations Associate to their team. A competitive compensation package will be offered to the right individual.


Responsibilities:


• Assist with day-to-day farm operations including planting, spraying, harvesting, and seed handling


• Operate and maintain farm equipment throughout the season


• Support seed cleaning, loading seed to the field, and other operational tasks as needed


• Work closely with the farm team to ensure operations run efficiently during busy seasons


Qualifications:


• Farming, equipment operation, or general ag experience preferred


• Experience with spraying, planting, or harvest operations is a plus


• Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on in all areas of the operation


• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment


• Self-motivated individual with a long-term mindset


Compensation & Benefits:


• $60,000-$70,000+ salary depending on experience


• Quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance
