Senior Database Platform Engineer - Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund

Paragon Alpha is partnered with one of the world's leading multi-manager hedge funds, as they continue to invest in their Database Platform Engineering function. They are looking for a Senior Database Platform Engineer to help build and scale the firm's next-generation database platform, working across SQL Server, Snowflake, Terraform, and modern DevOps tooling. This role focuses on database automation, Infrastructure as Code, declarative deployments, and GitOps, supporting the technology that underpins BAM's global trading and research platform. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server experience, exposure to Snowflake, Terraform, CI/CD, and scripting with Python or PowerShell, alongside a passion for automation and building scalable, cloud-native database platforms.
