Clinical Supervisor, BCBA

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) role involves leading functional assessments and developing data-driven treatment plans for individuals with autism and developmental needs. Responsibilities include providing mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, delivering parent training, ensuring high clinical quality, and maintaining 30 billable hours weekly. Collaborate within a team to support peers, promote clinical consistency, and contribute to training, QA, and curriculum development. Qualifications required include a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, an active BCBA certification, and experience working with autism. Comfort with technology and background clearance are also necessary. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
