Realize Your Vision as a Registered Nurse Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to deliver outstanding care. Establish meaningful connections with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to aid in their recovery. Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support when necessary. Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate the achievements and milestones reached by our patients. Qualifications Valid RN licensure as mandated by state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification is preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
