Pay Range:$130,000-$150,000 Per Year

Description
Join our team as a Director in Strategy and Transformation.
This full-time role is based in the Northeast region and requires a hybrid work schedule.
You will lead data-driven initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to drive business transformation.
Proficiency in programming and understanding of statistical models is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of data-driven strategies to support business transformation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML solutions.
Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain predictive models to enhance decision-making processes.
Ensure alignment of data initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications
PhD with 0-1 years, Master's degree with 2 years, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years in a related field.
Experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for underwriting experience.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML modeling and development.
Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals.
Proficient programming skills in a general-purpose language.
