Registered Nurse (RN)

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking dependable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for ongoing PRN opportunities at a senior living and healthcare community in Seaford, Delaware. We are looking for RNs who enjoy the flexibility of PRN work but can also provide consistent availability. Candidates must be willing to pick up shifts on a regular weekly or biweekly basis. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to supplement their current schedule while working consistently at the same location. What We're Looking For Active Delaware RN license in good standing 2 + years experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or senior care preferred Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Compassionate and professional approach to resident care Ability to work effectively with nursing staff and an interdisciplinary healthcare team Must be willing to pick up shifts consistently on a weekly or biweekly basis Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Respond appropriately to changes in resident health status Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with physicians, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team as appropriate Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other direct-care staff as needed Maintain a safe, supportive, and resident-centered care environment Follow all applicable policies, procedures, infection-control practices, and nursing standards Why Work With Shore Staffing?
