About the Role:

Copperfield Inn LLC is looking for an energetic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team in Limerick, PA! Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front of house operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders
• Monitor floor operations during service to maintain quality, speed, and hospitality standards
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen and BOH management to ensure smooth communication and service flow
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of FOH management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic restaurant technology
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• TIPS or ServSafe certification preferred
