They will play a vital role in the setup, maintenance, and management of client accounts for Health & Benefits (H&B) and COBRA services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely and accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of client accounts, including all necessary documentation.Research and resolve product and service issues to meet client needs and support retention goals.Manage the accuracy of financial and insurance transactions for client accounts.Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal partners.Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and effective communication.Maintain accurate records of all communications and documentation to ensure compliance with state, federal, and insurance partner requirements.Utilize multiple software applications, including HRIS and ORS systems, to address client inquiries and manage data input.Participate in product-related projects and training to stay updated on industry developments and internal processes.QualificationsAssociates degree in Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
