Senior Business Analyst - Repo Role

Salary: $62,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting Front Office and Back Office teams
• Experience gathering requirements from Front Office users
• Detailed understanding of Repo and securities lending markets, including Front Office, settlements, and collateral management
• Ability to translate non-technical users requirements for developers and explain technical issues and constraints to non-technical users
• In-depth knowledge of a Repo trading platform
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a global team across locations and time zones
• Technical proficiency, including scripting (such as Python or SQL) and data analysis
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools, such as Aiden or Copilot-style assistants, to support scripting, query writing, and root-cause investigation
• Nice to have: understanding of P&L valuations, risk calculation methods, and Apex infrastructure

• Deliver enhancements to Apex and ATOM
• Provide first- and second-line support to traders and back-office users on trade lifecycle issues, including booking errors, settlement breaks, and collateral disputes
• Investigate and resolve trade-level incidents and exceptions on Apex and ATOM
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate fixes with technology teams to achieve timely, lasting resolutions
• Create data-driven reports and dashboards to track support metrics and recurring issues and improve the support function
• Participate throughout the SDLC, from requirements-gathering workshops and ad hoc sessions through review and sign-off of test results before deployment
