Our practice is right in the heart of Trumbull and is a very busy dental office. Our patients are multi-generational and we love to provide them with healthy and beautiful smiles.

Requirements
- Driver’s license
Experience in a dental office is a plus.
We will be happy to train you if you dont have experience.
Job Description
• Patient management which includes adding all new patient information or changes with existing patients into the dental software system.
• Greet patients and review personal information.
• Implement new insurance changes in the system.
• Answer any billing questions that the patient may have.
• Set up appointments in person or via telephone/text.
• Maintain a professional reception area/office (straighten up the facility, vacuum, dust, etc.).
• Send films and referrals to specialists when needed.
• Collect money from patients when they need to leave a deposit or have a balance on their account.
• Review telephone messages when you retrieve them for the answering system.
