Housekeeping Coordinator – Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco Responsibilities Ensure all employee and guest phone calls are handled appropriately. All guest rooms are cleaned and all guest requests are met before arrival. All arriving guests have the required items in their room prior to arrival. Maintain office supply inventory and keep the office clean. Coordinate work orders in the assigned section and follow up to confirm completion. Communicate clearly with the team to ensure all guest requests and calls are completed. Monitor and track all house charges. Organize daily paperwork. Qualifications Reading, written and oral proficiency in English. Proficient with office tasks, including Windows and Microsoft Office, Opera and HotSos. Versed in phone etiquette and guest interactions. Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping Coordinator and/or Supervisory experience in a luxury hotel. Ability to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
