Sales Consultant

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Sales Consultant will manage end-to-end sales processes, guiding organizations from initial engagement to long-term partnerships while focusing on pipeline development, client rebooking, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and nurture sales opportunities, building a healthy pipeline to meet quarterly and annual targets Lead discovery and rebooking conversations, proposing tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive account expansion Deliver high-quality client experiences through timely communication, professional meetings, and effective follow-ups Required Qualifications At least 3 years of overall sales experience, including 1 year of B2B experience Experience selling to Directors-level and higher roles Demonstrable success with an individualized sales methodology Strongly preferred experience selling to HR and Learning & Development leaders Background in Learning & Development or a related industry is a plus
