• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other medical professionals

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with other healthcare staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and reports

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
