Registered Nurse – Psychiatric facility

cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Middletown, CT. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus

Location: Middletown, CT

Compensation: $65-$70 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

1st shift 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

OR

2nd shift (4:00 pm-12:30 am) 

Every other weekend

- 3 month long assignment with potential for extension 

Key responsibilities :

• Document all patient interactions, treatments administered, and clinical interventions accurately in electronic health records.
  
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to support client recovery goals.
  
• Respond immediately to medical or psychiatric crises using approved de-escalation and emergency protocols.
  
• Educate clients and their families on medication adherence, health management, and available wellness resources.
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment according to state healthcare regulations.

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
  
• CT RN License
  
• CPR/BLS

• $65- $70 per hour, based on experience
