- We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager & Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Technology Finance team. In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our business-as-usual (BAU) operations, incident resolution, and the delivery of critical Finance IT projects.
- You will partner closely with Finance stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external service providers to champion an Agile transformation within a dynamic environment. Your goal is to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency, eliminate non-value-added work, improve global service delivery, and enable data-driven financial decision-making. Your leadership will ensure that day-to-day operations run flawlessly while keeping the team aligned with the broader Finance Technology roadmap.
- Manage BAU & Incidents: Oversee day-to-day Finance IT operations, managing incident response (triage, RCA, resolution) to minimize business disruption. Track incident trends to implement preventive measures.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Own the end-to-end delivery of Finance IT initiatives from planning through deployment. Balance BAU needs with project commitments effectively.
- Drive Agile Excellence: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), ensure quality in user stories, and maintain data integrity for reporting within Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Optimize Processes: Identify and eliminate non-value-added work, recurring issues, and inefficiencies through process optimization and automation.
- Execute Governance & Reporting: Develop comprehensive project plans (WBS, sprint schedules), maintain audit-ready documentation, and deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards. Escalate critical issues promptly to senior leadership.
- 10+ years of experience managing Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations and complex IT projects.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications.
- Deep expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies across distributed teams.
- Experience managing external vendors and application service providers.
- Proficiency in enterprise tools, including ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- PMP Certification.
- Agile/Scrum Master Certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
- Background working specifically within Enterprise Technology Finance or Enterprise Applications.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, strong critical analytical skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
