Senior Account Manager

This person will manage projects from kickoff through completion, serving as the day-to-day connection between clients and internal creative, editorial, and scientific teams.Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.Hrs/wk40+ (Mon-Fri / 8:30am-5pm ET)LocationFully remote (No CA candidates)Salary$90-105K DOELocation: RemoteExperience: 3+ yearsIndustry: Healthcare / Medical CommunicationsResponsibilities:Manage scientific publication projects including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide presentations, and congress deliverablesLead client calls and publication work group meetingsManage project timelines, budgets, scope, invoicing, and end-of-project reconciliationPartner with medical writers, editors, designers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on timeBuild strong client relationships and communicate proactively around timelines, scope changes, and potential roadblocksEnsure projects follow GPP 2022, ICMJE, journal, and congress guidelinesManage freelance and external resources as neededQualifications:3+ years of account or project management experience, preferably within medical/healthcare xhyhwjd communicationsExperience managing scientific publications, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, or congress deliverables strongly preferredPharma/biotech client experience and familiarity with industry guidelinesStrong project management, organization, communication, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree required; life sciences background is a plus
