We not only develop solutions for customers but also Create Connections for Life.Primary PurposeLead the establishment and optimization of process platforms to support product manufacturing. Analyze and resolve process anomalies to ensure product quality, reliability, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities· Participate in overseas training and implement product/process transfer locally, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and production readiness.· Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and standardize procedures.· Stabilize and enhance the quality and efficiency of assigned process steps.· Train employees on relevant processes and assess their qualifications for specific roles.· Develop and maintain accurate process documentation.· Collaborate with product engineers to improve product-related processes and provide effective solutions.· Analyze non-conforming or scrapped products caused by process issues and implement corrective actions.· Perform other tasks as assigned by management.ScopeSupport the development and improvement of new and existing products to meet or exceed customer expectations.
