Leasing Specialist - $20-30/hr

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for leasing available properties, assisting prospective residents, and providing excellent customer service to support occupancy goals. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries. Process applications, leases, and renewals. Follow up with prospects and maintain leasing records. Promote available units and community amenities. Support resident retention and customer service efforts. Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
