We’re looking for a warm, service-driven Dining Room Supervisor to lead our team and create an exceptional dining experience for our residents, families, and guests. Competitive Pay Daily Pay Program Daily Complimentary Meals Paid holidays Only 30 days wait for Full Benefits 401K match Tuition Assistance Life Insurance and EAP program What You’ll Do: Take and coordinate meal orders, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen and accurate service Serve meals in a friendly, professional, and dignified manner Oversee dining room setup for each meal, including cleanliness, stocking, and table presentation Ensure proper serving techniques and dining etiquette are consistently followed Supervise and support team members in service execution and communication with the kitchen Maintain smooth pacing of meal service so residents enjoy each course comfortably and at the right temperature Assist residents with menu selections and ensure adherence to special dietary needs and therapeutic diets Communicate and document dietary concerns or refusals as neededCoordinate tray service and delivery to resident apartments Present menus, answer questions, and highlight daily specials What We’re Looking For: Passion for hospitality and resident satisfaction Strong leadership and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in dining services, hospitality, or senior living preferred Westmont Living, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer; however, all candidates must complete a post offer employment physical, TB test, drug testing, fingerprinting/criminal background check, and reference checking to meet licensing regulations within our industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
