As the Site Leader – Texas Operations, you will have overall responsibility for directing, planning, and coordinating site operations including operations, engineering, maintenance, materials movement, quality, and environmental/health/safety. You will lead with strong business acumen, develop teams, drive change effectively, and engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and sustainable performance. This role is accountable for the safe, environmentally compliant, efficient, and timely production of high-quality chemical products, and for cost‑effective maintenance that enables continuous operations. Experience implementing and improving site reliability is critical. What You’ll Do Set and execute the site vision and strategy , aligned with Olin’s core values, policies, operating model, and standard work expectations. Lead safety and environmental performance by partnering closely with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to drive personal safety, process safety, and environmental improvement plans that achieve site goals. Deliver operational performance across production, reliability, quality, delivery, and cost—ensuring efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and disciplined resource management. Coordinate execution in alignment with Sales & Operations Planning (S&O) to meet business needs and commitments. Drive asset strategy and reliability , including preventive maintenance strategies, prioritization of work, and continuous improvement of people/processes to reduce risk and improve performance. Own capital and expense management , including development and execution of operating and capital budgets, and delivery of financial targets; drive Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects on time and within budget. Build a high‑performing, unified culture by setting clear expectations, holding teams accountable, developing talent and succession plans, and fostering empowerment, engagement, and an inclusive environment where people are treated fairly and equitably. Represent the site externally as the primary contact for community, customers, and regulatory agencies; interact with authorities to maintain the ongoing right to operate. Ensure compliance with company policy and applicable federal, state, and local regulations (including OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements as applicable to operating areas). Partner with Olin’s manufacturing and engineering networks (including Center of Excellence and reliability/optimization resources) to implement and sustain standardized work processes, strengthen site reliability and process performance, and build a continuous learning organization. Partner with human resources to align workforce planning, staffing, development, and performance processes to strategic objectives, moving quickly to prevent problems and achieve goals. What You’ll Bring (Minimum Requirements) Bachelor’s Degree* (Engineering or other technical field strongly preferred). 15+ years combined experience in chemical operations/manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering, including: 5+ years leading large teams, and 5+ years of asset/site leadership responsibility Demonstrated success leading a manufacturing site with a focus on continuous improvement for both people and processes. Ability to balance strategic vision with near‑term execution, planning, and operating discipline. Strong leadership capability: sets clear expectations, builds teams, coaches, and leads by example; strong interpersonal communication across all levels. Working knowledge of environmental and workplace standards impacting operations (OSHA/EPA/DOT as applicable). Must be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Track record of implementing or strengthening standard work, operational excellence systems, and site‑wide performance routines. Experience advancing sustainability strategy at a chemical manufacturing site. Demonstrated capability leading complex stakeholder environments (regulators, customers, community).
