Position Overview Shift Manager – managing daily operations at an independent McDonald’s franchise restaurant. Compensation Shift Managers with prior McDonald’s management experience and opening/closing availability: up to $19 / hour . Shift Managers with prior experience and limited availability: up to $18 / hour . Flexible scheduling is offered to accommodate employee availability. Responsibilities include leading crew and other managers, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness, planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing safety and profitability standards, and communicating effectively with the subsequent Shift Manager. Requirements Lead shifts weekly, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts to uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Plan and monitor shift activities, maintain safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Assist departments in meeting their targets and goals during shifts.
