Program Analyst, Junior

Program Analyst, Junior Develop and implement program initiatives supporting Naval Aviation. Focus on ensuring programs progress efficiently and meet quality standards. Responsibilities Implement and maintain organizational programs supporting Naval Aviation. Review and track technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness. Track project schedules and coordinate updates to the program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Draft technical and administrative correspondence and prepare program status summaries and presentations. Attend meetings, reviews, and conferences; prepare meeting minutes. Support tactical Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics planning using Microsoft Project and PowerPoint, and interact with subject‑matter experts and customers. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure program goals are met and quality standards are upheld. Qualifications Experience working in a professional environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to function successfully in a dynamic working environment. Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience with logistics. Knowledge of FMS. Knowledge of Naval Aviation. Security Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, including a Secret clearance. Compensation Projected annualized salary range: $48,100 to $98,000 (USD). Final compensation is based on location, qualifications, and experience.
