Role Description The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Overland Park, KS. This position supports daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. The Assistant Manager helps lead and coach the team, ensures exceptional customer service, and supports achieving sales and performance goals. The role also involves assisting with staff scheduling, training new team members, and reinforcing company policies and brand standards. This individual partners closely with the Store Manager to create a positive, engaging environment for customers and team members. Qualifications Retail leadership skills, including team supervision, coaching, and performance support. Customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive store results. Operational skills such as POS use, cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Experience in retail or hospitality management is preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking and product movement.
