What You’ll Do: Lead the team: Oversee and train maintenance staff to perform high-quality work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep. Maintain standards: Ensure all systems and facilities meet BAM’s brand standards and deliver a great living experience for residents. Preventative maintenance: Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise. Team development: Guide, coach, and help your team grow with training, feedback, and ongoing support. Cost‑effective operations: Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient. What We’re Looking For: Mechanically inclined: You’re the go‑to problem solver for maintenance issues. Detail‑oriented: You understand that little things can make a big difference. Team player: You’re ready to lead by example and grow your team. Hard‑working & motivated: You thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Qualifications: 2‑3 years of experience in property maintenance (supervisory experience a plus). EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
