This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, working with people, and helping keep a facility running safely and efficiently.Location: Winfield, KSPay: $26.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMType: Temp-to-HireWhat You’ll DoSafety & ComplianceSupport workplace safety programs and regulatory inspections.Document inspections and safety activities using Gensuite.Track and support completion of employee safety training.Assist with investigating and resolving safety concerns.Participate in safety committees and recommend workplace safety improvements.Security OperationsCreate and manage employee and visitor badges.Update facility access permissions as needed.Conduct routine security and CCTV system inspections.Coordinate and escort security vendors while onsite.Facilities & Vendor CoordinationHelp maintain preventive maintenance schedules for facility equipment and systems.Coordinate vendors supporting mobile equipment, dock doors, fire protection systems, and other facility needs.Assist with purchasing activities and invoice verification.Support housekeeping, shredding services, general contractors, and other service providers.Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.Team SupportWork with employees, vendors, and leadership to address operational needs.Support projects and additional responsibilities that contribute to overall business goals.Help promote a safe, organized, and productive workplace.What You BringHigh school diploma or GED.At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, facilities, EHS, or a related environment.Aviation industry experience is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with employees, vendors, and leadership.Why Join PDS Tech Commercial?This temp-to-hire opportunity is a chance to build your experience across EHS, facilities, security, and manufacturing operations while becoming an important part of a team focused on safety and operational excellence.If you're hands-on, organized, safety-minded, and enjoy a role where every day can bring something different, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for!Apply today and take the next step toward a long-term career in EHS and facility operations with PDS Tech Commercial! #J-18808-Ljbffr PDS Tech, Inc.
