URGENT HIRING - Direct Support Professional || Willow Grove

Overview Urgent Hiring – Direct Support Professional (DSP) starting ASAP. Location: Willow Grove, PA 19090 (N York Rd). Salary based on experience. Full‑time and part‑time positions with multiple shifts available. What You’ll Do Assist with personal care, meals, and daily living activities. Provide companionship and emotional support. Accompany clients to appointments and community outings. Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Follow care plans and complete documentation. Help individuals live with dignity and independence. Available Shifts Weekend Shift (Every Other Weekend) : 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Weekday Shift : Monday & Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Overnight Shifts : Sunday 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM; Monday – Wednesday 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Overnight/Weekend Combo : Thursday & Friday 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. What We’re Looking For DSP, caregiving, or related experience (preferred but not required). Reliable, patient, and compassionate individuals. Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
