Key Responsibilities

1. Represent buyers and sellers in high value residential and commercial real estate transactions as part of a coordinated team.
2. Conduct data driven market analyses and listing consultations.
3. Leverage The Agency's proprietary marketing tools and global network, along with team resources, to maximize property exposure.
4. Negotiate complex contracts and oversee the transaction process to ensure smooth, timely closings.
5. Actively network and cultivate referral partnerships that benefit both your business and the team's shared pipeline.
6. Mentor and collaborate with fellow team members to uphold the brokerage's standard of excellence, and lean on teammates in return.
7. Participate in regular team meetings and mastermind sessions to share wins, challenges, and strategy.

Required Qualifications

1. Active License : A valid Massachusetts Real Estate Broker License is required.
2. Experience : Significant prior experience and a proven track record in real estate sales and transaction management.
3. Professionalism : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
4. Tech Savvy : A willingness to adopt and leverage modern real estate technology and CRM platforms.
5. Team Mindset : A genuine interest in working closely with teammates rather than operating as an independent solo agent.

Pay : $100,000.00 to $350,000.00+ per year (Commission based)
