Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient outcomes and ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care as necessary.
• Document patient interactions and clinical information accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
