ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2012 and continues to grow, with a strong focus on building a high-energy, relationship-driven team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sponsorship sales for MLB teams and managed a concert venue, bringing a unique, people-focused and sales-driven background into the business.

I attended Ball State and am a proud parent of two sons who both play college baseball. Outside of work, I stay closely connected to the community through local high schools, sports leagues, food drives, and holiday meal initiatives.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Beau Bradle - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
