What we’re looking for:

Customer Service Representative (Full Time or Part Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at our new veterinary practice. Experience preferred.

Your responsibilities:

• Greet clients (admitting/discharging) and their pets
• Client communication - diffuse negative client situations and foster client relations
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Computer knowledge and telephone skills
• Prepare patient files.
