Position: Manufacturing Manager (Plastic Injection Molding) Location: Hudson, MA (on‑site) Schedule: Monday to Friday (based on business needs) Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 (Dependent on Experience) Employment Type: Full‑Time Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, hands‑on Manufacturing Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced injection molding environment. This is not a purely administrative role—you will be deeply embedded in daily operations, working side‑by‑side with your team to drive performance, solve problems in real time, and ensure production goals are consistently met. You will take ownership of the floor—optimizing processes, supporting technical execution, and holding teams accountable to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and delivery.
