As a Community Retail Specialist, you won't just work in retail; you'll help bring Greyson's vision to life in the Detroit Greyson Flagship. This role is about more than selling clothes. What You'll Do:

• Welcome & Engage: Create genuine relationships with customers, offering personalized service and making every interaction meaningful.
• Share Product Knowledge: Guide clients with your enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring they find exactly what they need.
• Keep the Floor Sharp: Maintain beautifully stocked and visually inspiring displays.
• Support Operations: Assist with daily tasks, from order processing to customer service, with accuracy and professionalism.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Greyson at community events and in-store activations that bring people together.

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferred).
