The (USA) Vision Center Manager leads the department to achieve sales growth through strategic merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory management. Collaborating closely with optometrists and stakeholders, the team supports operational excellence through continuous improvement and adherence to safety and compliance protocols. What you'll do:

• Lead sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory management aligned with customer needs and local market trends.
• Forecast sales trends and adjust product assortments to optimize revenue performance.
• Monitor competitive pricing and implement strategies to maintain market relevance and achieve financial goals.
• Manage quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and compliance with HIPAA and optical regulations.
• Oversee team hiring, training, performance management, and development to ensure operational excellence.
• Build community relationships and represent the Vision Center in outreach and internal initiatives.
• Ensure accurate eyewear fittings, adjustments, and documentation under applicable supervision.

The hourly wage range for this position is $24.50 - $37.50* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
Option 2: 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
Option 3: 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Meets eligibility requirements to work in the Vision Center, including minimum age of 18, certification, registration, licensure, and other qualifications required by company policy and applicable regulations.
