Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent role based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Real Estate Agent will help clients buy, sell, and invest in residential and commercial properties, with a focus on luxury, waterfront, golf community, and new construction homes. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, managing leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closings. The role involves coordinating professional photography and marketing materials, maintaining accurate listings in the MLS, and staying current on local market trends in Pasco, Hernando, and Hillsborough Counties. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with the team, provide responsive client communication, and uphold the team’s standards of integrity, service, and results. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of real property regulations and transaction processes. Strong Real Estate experience, including listing, buying, and investment advisory within residential and/or commercial markets. Proven Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and negotiate favorable terms for clients. Excellent Customer Service capabilities, including clear communication, responsiveness, and client relationship management. Familiarity with the Greater Tampa Bay area market, including Pasco, Hernando, and Hillsborough Counties. Ability to work on‑site, maintain a professional presence at showings, open houses, and client meetings. Competence with MLS systems, digital marketing tools, and basic real estate transaction software. Reliable transportation, scheduling flexibility (including evenings/weekends), and commitment to ethical, client‑focused practice. Fluency in English; Spanish or other language skills are a plus.
