We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Director to lead our Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Center in Queens. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Adult Day Health Care Center.
Ensure compliance with all state and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and support interdisciplinary staff.
Develop and implement programs that promote participants' health, safety, and well-being.
Foster positive relationships with participants, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
Maintain high standards of quality care and customer service.

Qualifications:

Social Work degree preferred (BSW or MSW), or equivalent experience in an Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) setting.
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of New York State ADHC regulations is a plus.
Passion for serving seniors and individuals with chronic health needs.
