About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead the establishment and oversight of its enterprise-wide AI and advanced analytics function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in transforming AI efforts from early-stage initiatives into a mature, scalable capability that is integrated across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of AI, implementing governance and operating frameworks, and ensuring that AI initiatives deliver tangible business value in a regulated environment. Initially focused on the U.S. platform, the role is expected to expand globally as the function matures. Core responsibilities for the Head of AI include developing and leading a comprehensive AI and analytics strategy, operationalizing a framework for scalable AI solutions, and championing the adoption of AI across business units. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to embed AI into decision-making processes, building and leading a high-performing AI organization, and defining best practices for responsible AI. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation within financial services or other regulated sectors, a strong understanding of regulatory environments, and a proven track record of influencing and aligning senior stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge of AI and modern data/analytics ecosystems is essential, as is the ability to build and scale teams and functions.
