Partner Manager

To build out a channel partner ecosystem in the Pacific Northwest, the remote Partner Manager will identify and onboard new partners, nurture existing relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and optimize partner performance. Key responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market presence Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans for joint marketing and sales initiatives Provide training and resources to enhance channel partners' understanding of solutions and optimize sales capabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of proven experience in channel partner management within the technology and storage industry Deep understanding of the US market and channel dynamics Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
