s a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager you'll Lead large enterprise technology and business programs
Location: Pittsburgh, PA local candidates who can work hybrid (3 days onsite). Remote candidates may also be considered.
Mandatory:
- Must complete Glider Senior Project Manager Assessment (19 questions)
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- Experience delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong Agile and Waterfall project management experience
Duties:
- Lead large enterprise technology and business programs
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and workstreams
- Drive stakeholder alignment and executive communications
- Manage project governance, reporting, and change management
- Lead business readiness, implementation, and operational transition activities
- Track project financials, staffing plans, and resource allocation
- Drive successful delivery of business outcomes
