ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Special Education Aide to support children and young adults with behavioral and learning challenges. In this on-site role, you will work closely with special education teachers and clinicians to implement individualized behavior and learning plans, provide academic and social skills support, and help maintain a safe, structured classroom environment. You will collect data on student progress, use de-escalation strategies, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a compassionate, mission-driven setting focused on student and family success.
