Our client is hiring for a warehouse associate to join their team in Sterling, VA! This role is responsible for daily order fulfillment and supporting the warehouse team with various operational duties. You will report directly to warehouse management and the general manager, providing essential support to ensure timely shipments. Location: Sterling, VA Compensation: $18.00-24.00/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00a-5:00p Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, label, and fulfill daily customer orders.
• Support the fulfillment team by assisting with order processing, picking, and packing to meet deadlines.
• Provide daily feedback to the team regarding order delays, quality issues, or discrepancies.
• Review inventory levels and assist with overstock retrieval, inventory transfers, and cycle counting.
• Restock bins and ensure that bin locations and labels are accurate and updated in the required systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as lifts and ladders.
• Build, prepare, and maintain kits for daily processing, including label printing and shrink wrapping.
• Prepare and test tooling for calibration and fulfillment.
• Review warehouse supplies on a weekly basis to initiate reordering.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace and environment.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse setting
• Experience using forklifts and scissor lifts preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
